Irrigation Management: Helps determine water needs based on soil moisture and temperature. Precision Fertilization: Measures phosphorus and potassium levels for targeted nutritional delivery. Technical specifications (hypothetical): Temperature Range: -40°C to 85°C Humidity Range: 0% to 100% RH Conductivity: Measurement of the electrical conductivity of the soil to assess salinity. Nutrients: Measurement of phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) levels. Communication Interface: RS485 Power supply: 12V to 24V DC Dimensions: 50mm x 20mm x 150mm Installation and Use: The SN-3002-TR-THNPK-NO1 sensor must be installed directly into the ground at the desired depth to obtain accurate measurements. It is equipped with three pins to ensure good penetration and optimal contact with the ground. Connection via RS485 makes it possible to connect several sensors on the same communication line, thus facilitating the monitoring of large agricultural areas. Installation Steps: Choose location: Select a location representative of the area to be studied. Insert the sensor: Plant the sensor into the ground ensuring the pins are fully inserted. Connect cables: Connect the sensor to a management system or microcontroller via RS485 interface. Calibrate the sensor: If necessary, perform a calibration to ensure measurement accuracy. Maintenance and Calibration: Maintenance: Clean the pins regularly to prevent dirt buildup which could affect measurements. Calibration: Although the sensor comes pre-calibrated at the factory, periodic calibration is recommended to maintain accuracy, especially after a long period of use.
